Additionally, the extremely inexpensive annual subscription is worth every cent in the time it saves me on a daily basis when I’m determining the best time to schedule a meeting with my team distributed around the world in multiple time zones. There are so many cities to choose from and it allows me to get a really good idea of any team member’s situation at the time that I’m trying to contact them or have a meeting with them. I highly reccomend this app for any company that has office in multiple locations in different time zones.

IByron, Works; Needs More Configuration The app works as advertised so I can’t fault it for that, and it really is one of the better implementations of a world clock. But there is so much potential for improvement. Better documentation is a must. I figured out the stuff that matters to me (or that I can’t do some things that matter to me), but it did take some guesswork and hints from other reviewers. Configuration options are also a bit thin. The dev has decided that 'work hours” means one thing and one thing only, and I can’t adapt them to my own work culture or just turn it off completely. Also the dev makes a very capable “companion” app on iOS.

I use “companion” loosely, though, as here at the end of 2017 with iCloud a mature sync technology (along with others), the two apps don’t sync up in any way at all. I have to enter my cities/zones manually on all platforms, and common settings as well. At the very least that should be a perk of paying for a subscription, but it’s not there for anyone.

A nice feature would be the ability to save frequently used conversions (a standard meeting between colleagues in London, NY, and LA, but not the folks in Tokyo or Rome, for example), AND to have them saved to all platforms. So if you want your Mac to Lock, then set that in your SysPref — under BOTH 'Screen Saver' AND 'Security & Privacy’!!! In all, I’m happy to have this App, in addition to my Dashboard.
