Immortalsilver, Lots of bugs, doesn't deliver. Yet Skin assessment is an awesome idea and seems to ask the right questions. Unfortunately the score each product gets according to how well it matches you seems to vary depending on where in the app you are viewing it. For example, on your wish list products suspiciously appear to match you 10-20% better than they do if you find them in a search.

Also search results cannot be sorted by how well they match you - only by price and rating (neither of which are very valuable). Many items are listed for $0, and most items have little to no description, so I have to look elsewhere for details (which for me really defeats the purpose of the app).

Filtering your search results is missing A LOT of obvious options, which is important since most standard searches return thousands of practically unsortable results. Trying to apply filters occasionally crashes the app (which also happens at random more than I'd like), and using the 'format' filter crashed it for me on every try. Great idea with little practical use. Definitely a disappointment so far, but it's just out the gate so hopefully there will be a lot of feedback and valuable fixes. Holly Candy: 'No one mentions the leaky boobs, bad skin and murderous thoughts when looking at your partner!' Pop star reveals how she coped with pregnancy in our four-part baby body series. Holly Candy gave birth to her first daughter, Luka, in November. Pop-star opens up about difficulties of pregnancy and being a mum.

Her trainer James Duigan shares exercise tips and recipes. Second instalment in our four-part baby body series By Published: 12:25 GMT, 14 July 2014 Updated: 13:04 GMT, 14 July 2014. His internationally renowned diet has picked up a host of celebrity fans, from supermodels Elle Macpherson and David Gandy, to actor Hugh Grant and Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. And now fitness guru-to-the-stars James Duigan has released Clean & Lean Pregnancy Guide: The healthy way to exercise and eat before, during and after pregnancy, with a foreword from model Lara Stone. Duigan has given Femail readers an exclusive four-part insight into his new book.

This week, in part two, we will find out how Holly Candy, formerly Holly Valance, coped with her pregnancy. The former pop star gave birth to daughter Luka in November last year. Plus, Duigan shares great exercises to stay strong, help you prepare for childbirth and aid recovery afterwards and shares recipes even your non-pregnant family and friends will want to share. Holly Candy and James Duigan are friends of old so, when Holly fell pregnant with her first child last year, it was only natural she should turn to him for advice.

Holly, 31, is not one to mince her words. When she was 36 weeks pregnant, she said she felt like a 'mutant alien' had taken over her body - and that she was supposed to cope with it with a 'huge grateful smile on my dial'. 'Quite frankly, it was petrifying,' she says. 'It felt as though my body belonged to a very demanding blob who, although had been on my wish list for some time, made my nose bleed daily, nod off at dinner, forget what you told me three minutes ago and walk around like an old lady with nasty pelvic pains - and that's just the first 12 weeks, ha! Weight worries: Holly, pictured at around three months, said she worried weekly about piling on the pounds, but luckily had healthy cravings like Vegemite toast and veggie juice 'There are so many conflicting and often strict ideas out there on what to eat/wear/consume/attempt while pregnant that your head is just bombarded with way too many concepts that work wonderfully for some, but awfully for you. 'Therefore, be open to guidance and then do what feels best for you.

You're going to read this book and have great days that make you feel wonderful, liked you're conquering the world. 'Then the next day may be off kilter, but you MUST keep going on your path, because you want this, it's why you picked up the book to begin with, and you can keep making good choices, most of the time! 'Your baby only needs 'healthy mummy', not 'svelte mummy', and she will come naturally with a little patience and practicality. Your mind needs to be thinking clearly and calmly - not pressured with guilt that you might not be doing it right. New parents: Holly Valance and husband Nick Candy welcomed their first baby daughter in November 'What's right anyway? Seven billion of us got here didn't we? And the chances are that no one in a yurt in remote Mongolia reads the pregnancy guidelines on avoiding sushi, nail polish and tummy sleeping.

And they do alright. There ISN'T one way, there are just 'ways'. You'll find yours. ' Holly said her priorities changed after the birth of her daughter Luka, now six months old.

'It was all worth it,' she says. 'Every last ache and whingey pain. All the things that I used to panic and worry about have gone, poof, out of the window.

'There's a new number one in town! 'I'm now very focused on an extremely important little person who is a brilliant incentive to look after my body and mind so I can be a great mummy. If I want to create a kind, thoughtful and loving human, I have to be all those things to myself too.’. This week we told you we would bring you a bit more on exercise during pregnancy.

In his guide, James says that if your pregnancy is normal and you feel fine and up to it, moderate exercise can help you feel better. But, he says, don't feel pressured. Just being active and walking every day is fine. There are several benefits of exercise during pregnancy. It can:. Ease or prevent back pain and other discomforts (as long as you do it properly).

GREAT FIRST TRIMESTER EXERCISES These will stand you in good stead beyond the first trimester too - and are perfect post-natal postural exercises once you've been given the all-clear to get started again.

The Y This exercise will strengthen your shoulders and upper back. Perform the movement slowly to ensure your posture remains good throughout your pregnancy.

Start position: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, bend your knees and stick your bottom out, so your upper body leans forward 45 degrees. Hold your hands directly below your chest with fists clenched and thumbs up, keeping your head back all in a straight line, your shoulders back and down. Engage your core by pulling your belly button in towards the spine. The movement: Raise both hands to create a Y shape above your head with your arms by your ears, then return to the starting point. Repeat 10-15 times.

The T This exercise will strengthen your upper back - perfect if you have found your posture deteriorating during your pregnancy. Start position: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend your knees and lean forward so your torso is at a 45 degree angle. Keep your head and back all in a straight line, your shoulders back and down and your hands directly below your chest with fists clenched and thumbs pointing outward.

Engage your core by pulling your belly button in towards the spine. The movement: Keeping your body still and your core engaged, raise your arms out to the sides to form a T shape, then return to the start position. Repeat 15 times. Superman This exercise will activate and strengthen your hamstrings, glutes and lower-back muscles as well as improving your overall body balance.

It is also one of the safest movements to help strengthen your back throughout your pregnancy. Start position: Support yourself on your hands and knees with hands under shoulders and knees under hips and with your toes firmly pointed into the floor. Ensure your spine and neck are in a straight line by keeping your gaze to the floor, just in front of your fingertips. The movement: Extend your right arm out in front of you beyond your head, thumb up, while extending your left leg backward - imagine you are being pulled from either end. Return to start position and repeat 12 - 15 times on each side. The key to James Duigan’s Clean & Lean philosophy is to eat clean foods (as close to their natural state as possible), cut back on CRAP (caffeine, refined sugar, alcohol and processed foods - find more detail in the book), eat lots of good fats (nuts, avocados, oily fish) and limit bad fats (bacon fat, pies, processed meats etc). In a nutshell, as James says: ‘If it didn’t once fly, swim or walk, or wasn’t pulled from the ground, from a bush or a plant, don’t eat it!

And you don’t have to get this right 100 per cent of the time. If you aim for 80 per cent, you’ll be okay.’. Want glowing skin like Holly?
