Riot Please Give Some Love For Mac

Countless times have I queued up in Draft pick, or even normals sometimes, theres always this one or two pricks that MUST have that certain role (Mid, Solo Top). I have no choice but to be a Support (Even though I'm quite good at it).

But sometimes I'd like to play different roles, just to get out and have a breather. Just today Alone, I queued up in draft pick and have had to get back into queue about 3-4 times in one queue. Just because someone wanted Mid, or Solo top, and if they didnt get it they would jump queue/troll. Its EXTREMELY frustrating. I believe that if you created more characters for not-so-attractive roles like Support, Im sure people wouldnt mind being a support, or at least, supports will have more fun.

I hope someone from Riot takes my suggestion into consideration, as this is the current problem of the game. Edit:People are getting the point of this discussion wrong. Its not about who is good for what.

Its about the lack of fancy new characters for supports. While midlane/top gets so many lovely characters. Yea, say that the current characters are sufficient, but playing them for many months at EVERY single game gets very boring. Thats why some people who used to love support drift away. Thats the point. From: Another repeat, 2 supports a year is my goal, there will always be more of other types because a lot more people want to do DPS than want to support.

Might not like that answer, but it's true The problem isn't the diversity of champion for the support role (it's actually the more versatile role on the competitive level) but the fact that most of players dislike the support role itself. They want blood, they want damage, they want to jump on someone face and crush him. Support are squishy and don't deal a lot of damage, so many players feel weak and think they have no impact on the game when they are playing support.

That is true, I do agree. But if supports are treated like the lowest tier, they can never carry games like other roles can. (And trust me, if supports actually CS, fed well, etc, they can carry.

I've seen it.) But maybe if riot made more aggressive supports, something similar to lulu, maybe then people will play them more. Lulu was fun as a support/ AP. She still is. Unlike Soraka. She has two heals, one mana regen help, and starcall. Shes basically stamped down into the support role.

But Lulu can be pretty versatile. Building AP on Lulu will be worth it, but on Soraka. There is a difference between a champion type and his role. The support role isn't reserved to support champion. Take Blitz and Leona.

Love

They aren't support character, but are mostly/only played in the support role. And the support champions aren't limited to the support role. Jungle Alistar, Mid Lulu/Janna/Soraka are good example. If Riot create more versatile 'support' champion it won't make people play the support role, they'll just play the new champion in whatever role he's good for. She was a strong mid/top, so people played her mid/top. It didn't make them enjoy more playing the support role.
